Watersports at
Heritage Harbor
Very few people understand the great advantage of river boating in our location. The Illinois Waterway warms up earlier than the lakes, which means a longer boating season. The waters on the waterway are calmer than lake waters, so boating can be more fun. Tow-boaters (Wake boarders and surfers) favor and take full advantage of boarding the river system. The natural beauty of Starved Rock Country is the icing on the cake!
