Boat House Neighborhood
Port Place, a pocket neighborhood, features close-set homes that are organized to allow a common gathering area in the center of the block where there will be amenities such as a neighborhood fire pit, benches and strings of overhead lights. The custom-built homes will be 1,100 to 2,000 square feet, excluding basements — which will be an option. Each will have a two car garage and be built “beyond code” by an architect/developer.
Pelican’s Landing is a mix of luxury cottages, carriage homes and duplex cottages. There are currently four carriage homes and three cottages built on Pelican’s Landing.
