These modernly built waterfront cottages at Heron’s Landing were the start of our Waterfront Village on the East Peninsula. The first phase, known as the Cottages at Heron’s Landing, was completed in 2017 with 26 cottages, a clubhouse (The Heron’s Nest) and a neighborhood pool. Phase two, the Villas at Heron’s Landing, began in 2017 as the next phase of the village on the East Peninsula. The Cottages at Heron’s Landing feature three unique floor plans. The home designs have been created to utilize sustainable and energy–efficient components. These cottages include one- and two-bedroom model floor plans, ranging from 640 – 1400 square feet.
